Any emails sent by this Company and it’s vendors will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

We reserve the right to not offer a refund as return of goods is impossible. In the case of software being faulty in nature, our liability is limited to the full purchase price of the item in question and we will ask for full disclosure as to the reason the product does not reach your expectations. It is made clear at this point that some knowledge of WordPress and Web related skills are necessary to fully take advantage of our products and services unless otherwise stated. - Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Terms of Sale:
You can use our products for both personal and commercial use on a Single Website (unless otherwise stated under Terms of sale of each product). Once you made the purchase you will be given a special product activation key (license key). You can purchase as many licenses as you want.
You are not allowed to resell or redistribute this plugin or any of its parts to anyone else.
If you would like to package our plugins into your child theme, a developers license may be purchased separately. Please contact us for more details
You get product updates for lifetime – We will make every attempt to ensure that our products are compatible with all future releases of Divi builder. You’ll be notified about product updates (Plugins only) through WP admin dashboard. You can also directly download the updated files (For child themes and layout products) from your ‘My Account‘ Page.
We provide 3 months of direct product support – Support is provided for bug fixes only. If you need customization support you will have to pay our hourly rate ($120 per hour). Also note that If you bought a product from our store at ‘SALE’ price then Support will be provided strictly for product related bug fixes only.
Scope of Support – Our main intention by providing product support is to help uncover bugs, add frequently requested features and overall improve the product for everyone. We reserve the right to dismiss any support request that’s outside of this support scope.
- Ultimate Divi Builder Addons is not responsible for any conflicts due to WordPress updates, Divi updates or third party plugin updates
Due to the nature of digital products as they cannot be returned, it’s impossible to prevent fraud and still offer refunds. Hence refund requests are expressly denied. You can use our test drive facility to check the product before you make purchase.
